All orders within the United States are mailed via USPS priority mail. Items in-stock will ship out within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items can take 1-2 weeks (in silver) and 6-8 weeks (in vermeil) to ship out depending on demand and whether or not the item happens to be in-stock. It will specify at the bottom of the product description if a product is made-to-order.  A base fee of $10 is applied to the first item with an additional $5 for each added item.  *As of January 2018, all shipments come with signature confirmation.* Fees cover the cost of shipping as well as additional insurance on your purchase. Orders outside of the United States are mailed via USPS International Priority Mail for a cost of $40 USD and will take longer to receive. For a more accurate shipping time on orders outside of the US, please contact me before ordering.

During check out, please double check that the SHIP TO ADDRESS is accurate. Additional charges may be applied if an item has shipped or is in transit to being shipped and needs rerouted to a changed address. You are responsible for any lost merchandise if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with all shipping information entered during checkout.

On occasion, shipping may take longer for in-stock items if I'm away from my studio during the time of the purchase. I will send you a personal e-mail message with an accurate shipment timeline when this occurs.


All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and pre-approved before the return is made. Made-to-order rings are subject to a 20% restocking fee and store credit within 7 days of purchase. All products are very carefully examined throughout the creation process and upon completion for defects. If an item is damaged or defective when received, please contact me within 7 days of the purchase.  If an item was made in a custom size and does not properly fit, again, please contact me within 7 days of purchase.

When returning a stock piece, you are responsible for postage, insurance and returning the piece in the same condition that it was received. I will provide you with shipping instructions. For any pieces that are being returned due to quality issues, contact me and I will provide you with a separate set of shipping directions.

All gift returns are handled as exchanges only. Please read the exchange section for more information.

All sales are final on custom made pieces.


Exchanges must be made within the first 7 days of receiving your order and must be pre-approved. If the item was a gift, and it is beyond 7 days of when the item was originally received contact me directly. Gift purchases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may only be returned for exchange of a new piece(s) of jewelry that is of equal or greater value. In the case that the item being exchanged is of lesser value than the new item it is being exchanged for, you are responsible for paying the difference in cost. When returning a piece for exchange, you are responsible for postage, insurance and returning the piece in the same condition that it was received. I will provide you with shipping instructions. In addition, you are responsible for shipping costs of the new item you are exchanging the old item for.


When ordering a ring, please be sure to get an accurate size preferably from a jewelry store professional. All ring re-sizing must be done in my studio and a fee will be assessed for additional materials and time. An estimate of the charge will be given prior to you shipping/returning the ring for resizing. You are responsible for shipping costs and any lost merchandise during shipping. I will provide you with shipping instructions.


Each piece is handcrafted with the utmost quality and care and should last for lifetimes. In the case of any wear and tear over long periods of time, jewelry may be repaired for a fee depending on the nature of the damage and the design of the piece. Any repairs or alternations to Amanda Hagerman jewelry by someone other than me, will not be covered by my guarantee and may not be subject to further repairs in my studio.


As a valued customer and supporter of the arts, it is vital that you have a positive shopping experience and are cared for in the best way possible. Your privacy is extremely important. Your information will never be shared with any outside vendors, under any circumstances, and is protected through our secure checkout system.

Delicate effort is placed into assuring each design looks the same as it does in the photographs featured. However, unless a piece is a one-of-a-kind, it will have slight variations in appearance. Bear in mind it is the maker's touch from individually handcrafting each design that truly makes every piece special and unique!
